Do you replace my biller, or work with them?
Either one. Some practices hand us the billing cycle end to end. Others keep the biller or billing service they have, and we bring structure to the process, catch what slips, and take on the follow-up. We scope which on the free call.
Do you work in my EHR and clearinghouse?
Yes. We work in the tools you already use, like SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, and Healthie, and the clearinghouse your practice bills through. There’s no new software to learn on your end.
What about private-pay clients and superbills?
We prepare superbills for your private-pay clients, send patient statements, and follow up on balances, alongside any insurance billing you hand off.
